Saudi e-Visa application
The online Saudi e-Visa application process allows foreign nationals from 65 countries to simply provide a copy of their passport, pay securely online, and receive the approved Saudi e-Visa to their email inbox. GCC residents can also apply online for a Saudi e-Visa, as long as they hold a valid occupation and a GCC residency valid for at least 3 months.
Applicants eligible to apply online for a Saudi e-Visa are also eligible to obtain a Saudi visa-on-arrival at a Saudi port of entry; however, it is advised to apply online for your Saudi e-Visa, prior to travel to Saudi Arabia, in order to avoid long airport lines.

Who is eligible to apply for a Saudi e-Visa
If you are a foreign national from the following 65 countries then you are eligible to apply online for a Saudi tourist e-Visa, prior to traveling to Saudi Arabia:

If you are a GCC resident with a GCC visa that is valid for at least 3 months and you have an eligible occupation listed on the Saudi e-Visa portal, you are eligible to apply online for a Saudi e-Visa.
How to apply for a Saudi e-Visa
Applying for a Saudi e-Visa is an easy online process in which applicants simply provide their passport, pay the visa fees, and submit a completed Saudi e-Visa application. Once approved, the applicant will receive their Saudi e-Visa to the email they provided.
The 3-step Saudi e-Visa application process is as follows:
Submit application form
Fill out the online Saudi tourist e-Visa application form, complete with your personal data, passport details, and other requested information.
Pay fees online
Pay the Saudi e-Visa fees online, with a valid credit or debit card.
Receive approved visa
If approved, your Saudi e-Visa will be sent directly to the email you provided. Check that all visa information is correct and matches the information on your passport.
If the Saudi e-Visa is rejected, you can reapply for a new Saudi electronic visa. Remember that GCC residents are required to hold a GCC residency that is valid for at least 3 months, as well as hold an occupation listed on the Saudi portal, in order to apply online for a Saudi tourist e-Visa.

Applicant must submit one recent color photo; against a white background; 2x2 inches; 5 to 100 KB natural facial expressions; 80% face; no eyeglasses; no head wear, except for religious reasons.

Saudi e-Visa for GCC residents
GCC residents, who hold a valid GCC residency visa, can apply for a Saudi e-Visa if they meet the following Saudi Arabia visa requirements, in addition to the requirements listed above:
Residency visa
Applicant must hold a GCC residency visa valid for at least three months.
Occupation
Applicant must hold a valid occupation listed on the Saudi e-Visa portal.
Please note that visa applicants must be over 18 years old to apply without a parent or legal guardian.

The processing time for Saudi Arabia e-Visas is one of the fastest, where applicants can receive their approved Saudi e-Visa within 24 hours.

Can I travel to Saudi Arabia with an e-Visa?
Holders of a Saudi Arabia e-Visa have been approved to travel to Saudi Arabia. Please note, however, that approval of a Saudi e-Visa does not guarantee entrance into Saudi Arabia, as Saudi Arabia official airport authorities will have the final say.
